1、网上预约服务的宗旨是“以民为本、提高效率、创新服务”。

  The principle of online reservation service is to “put people first, improve efficiency and innovate service”.

2、预约受理日期为15日内的工作日，截止到前一天下午15:00。

  The reservation acceptance date is a working day within 15 days, ending at 15:00 p.m. of the previous day.

3、预约当事人填写信息应准确、完整，信息错误预约无效，婚姻登记机关不予受理。

  The information filled in by the parties to the reservation shall be accurate and complete. If the information is wrong, the reservation shall be invalid and not be accepted by the marriage registration authority.

4、预约成功后，当事人应当在预约日期和时段到场办理，婚姻登记机关按照法律规定、预约程序受理申请。

  After the reservation is successfully made, the parties concerned shall be present at the date and time reserved, and the marriage registration authority shall accept the application in accordance with the law and the reservation procedure.

5、当事人在约定日期和时间段未到场办理的，预约自动失效，婚姻登记机关预约窗口有权不予受理。如需重新预约的，应先取消原预约记录。

  If the parties concerned fail to arrive at the site at the reserved date and time for processing, the reservation will automatically become invalid, and the reservation window of the marriage registration authority has the right not to accept it. If a new reservation is needed, the previous reservation record shall be cancelled first.

6、因自然灾害、电力通讯或其他设施故障等原因，致使预约服务延迟或未能履行的，婚姻登记机关不承担任何责任。

  The marriage registration authority shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform the reservation service due to natural disasters or failure of power, communication or other devices.

7、任何单位和个人不得修改、变更预约服务的程序和内容，不得利用网上预约进行有偿服务，否则，将承担由此产生的一切损害后果及法律责任。

  No entity or individual may modify or alter the procedures and contents of the reservation service, or use online reservations to provide paid services, otherwise, it shall bear all the consequences and legal liabilities arising therefrom.

8、本协议的解释权归北京市民政局。

  The power of interpretation of this agreement shall be vested in the Beijing Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau.
